We are first defined by who we are, not what we do. Everything flows from who we are and our state of being. We are human beings. and as human beings, we have formed a group of diverse backgrounds, life events, professions, ethnicities, and cultures.

Trauma and its effects are the human condition. Unceasing grace, unconditional love, and constant care weave us together regardless of our different experiences and effects of trauma.

We are able to understand each other. Our journey is overcoming the effects of trauma in our lives and processing our meaning and healing together.

Once we were trauma-uninformed, then trauma-informed, and now we are becoming trauma-transformed.
